What this site collects, and why

Who is responsible

AAXO AS (org.nr 937 324 367), Statsminister Kolstads vei 51, 1711 Sarpsborg, Norway, is the controller for personal data processed through this website. Questions about this policy, or about your data, go to hello@aaxo.ai.

What we collect, and what for

When you send an enquiry

The enquiry form asks for your name, work email, job title, company, the size and shape of your operation, what you would like to optimise, and what you are trying to decide. We use it to answer you and to prepare for a first conversation. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a request you made (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).

Submissions are delivered as an email to our company mailbox, hosted on Google Workspace, and kept there for as long as the conversation is live. If nothing comes of it, we delete the thread within 12 months of the last exchange.

When you join the mailing list

We store the email address you give us so we can send occasional updates about AAXO. The basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a)); every message carries an unsubscribe link, and you can withdraw at any time by writing to hello@aaxo.ai. We delete the address when you unsubscribe.

When you simply visit

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA). Like any web server, Vercel's infrastructure briefly processes your IP address and browser details to deliver the pages and to protect against abuse. Vercel's transfers outside the EEA are covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how the site is used. It is cookieless and reports aggregate figures — page views, referrers, country — rather than profiles of individual visitors.

The typefaces on this site are loaded from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser requests the font files from Google's servers, which means Google receives your IP address for that request. We do not pass Google anything else, and no cookie is set.

What we do not do

• We do not sell, rent or trade personal data.
• We do not run advertising or third-party tracking on this site.
• We do not profile visitors or make automated decisions about them.
• We do not set cookies of our own. See the Cookie Policy.

Who else sees it

Our processors, acting on our instructions: Google (company email on Google Workspace, and font delivery) and Vercel (hosting and analytics). We do not share enquiry or mailing-list data with anyone else unless the law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to our processing, or ask for a copy in a portable format. Write to hello@aaxo.ai and we will respond within a month. If you are not satisfied with how we handle it, you can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, Datatilsynet.

Changes

If we change what we collect or how we use it, we will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes to the mailing list will be announced to the list itself.
