What this site collects, and why
This page describes what happens to information you give us through aaxo.ai, and what is collected simply by visiting. It is written to be read, not skimmed past. Last updated 23 September 2026.
Who is responsible
AAXO AS (org.nr 937 324 367), Statsminister Kolstads vei 51, 1711 Sarpsborg, Norway, is the controller for personal data processed through this website. Questions about this policy, or about your data, go to hello@aaxo.ai.
What we collect, and what for
When you send an enquiry
The enquiry form asks for your name, work email, job title, company, the size and shape of your operation, what you would like to optimise, and what you are trying to decide. We use it to answer you and to prepare for a first conversation. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a request you made (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
Submissions are delivered as an email to our company mailbox, hosted on Google Workspace, and kept there for as long as the conversation is live. If nothing comes of it, we delete the thread within 12 months of the last exchange.
When you simply visit
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA). Like any web server, Vercel's infrastructure briefly processes your IP address and browser details to deliver the pages and to protect against abuse. Vercel's transfers outside the EEA are covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
We use three analytics tools, all cookieless: Vercel Web Analytics for page views and referrers, Vercel Speed Insights for load times, and PostHog for how pages are read: where people click, how far they scroll, which sections they linger on, and where the enquiry form is abandoned. All three report aggregate figures rather than profiles of individual visitors. PostHog stores nothing in your browser; its visitor identifier is a hash computed on the server that changes every day, so we cannot recognise you from one day to the next.
The typefaces and the 3D library the home page draws with are served from our own host, and so are the analytics scripts: your browser talks only to aaxo.ai. We forward the analytics events from there to PostHog's servers in Frankfurt. No other party is contacted to show you a page.
What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent or trade personal data.
- We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking on this site.
- We do not record sessions or replay what you did on a page.
- We do not profile visitors or make automated decisions about them.
- We do not set cookies of our own. See the Cookie Policy.
Who else sees it
Our processors, acting on our instructions: Google (company email on Google Workspace), Vercel (hosting, Web Analytics and Speed Insights) and PostHog Inc. (product analytics, hosted in the EU). We do not share enquiry data with anyone else unless the law requires it.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to our processing, or ask for a copy in a portable format. Write to hello@aaxo.ai and we will respond within a month. If you are not satisfied with how we handle it, you can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, Datatilsynet.
Changes
If we change what we collect or how we use it, we will update this page and the date at the top.
