About
We exist to help industrial facilities produce more value, operate more reliably, consume resources more intelligently, and improve throughout their useful life.

Build the trusted optimisation intelligence that enables industrial facilities to sense, decide, and act—continuously improving performance within human-defined limits.
Five, and what each one asks of us in practice.
The ability to act inside a physical facility must be earned through evidence. Every autonomous capability should demonstrate that it is reliable, observable, secure, and controllable before it receives greater authority.
We do not ask customers to trust a black box. We build systems that show why an action was proposed, why it was permitted, what it changed, and what happened as a result.
How we behave
Our standard
Greater autonomy must be earned through measurable performance.
Industrial facilities combine physics, equipment, software, economics, operational history, and human judgment. The most valuable problems rarely have clean datasets, standard interfaces, or simple answers.
We do not simplify difficult problems until they become irrelevant. We reason from first principles, test assumptions against reality, and stay with the problem until it works in the facility.
How we behave
Our standard
If the problem matters, complexity is not an excuse.
Operators, engineers, technicians, and facility managers hold knowledge that no system begins with. Their experience defines how the facility actually works, where its risks lie, and what good operation looks like.
We build with the people who run the facility. The system handles continuous coordination, routine adjustment, and computational complexity so people can focus on judgment, exceptions, improvement, and responsibility.
How we behave
Our standard
The facility becomes more autonomous. Its people become more capable.
Performance exists in the physical and financial world — not in a model, dashboard, presentation, or AI benchmark.
We measure what changed, how much it changed, why it changed, and whether the improvement lasted. Every important product claim must be connected to an observable operational outcome.
How we behave
We measure outcomes such as
Our standard
Every result must be visible in the operation.
A technically correct system that does not improve facility performance has not succeeded.
We take responsibility for integration, usability, adoption, sustained performance, and operational impact. We build products, but we measure ourselves by the outcomes those products create.
How we behave
Our standard
The work is complete when the facility performs better.
AAXO began with a question: in an industrial world moving towards autonomy, how do we safely apply AI in high risk environments? They’ve been pursuing the answer ever since.
